Before you write
- Include the product or application name and your device model
- Include iOS/Android version and app version from Settings → About
- For sign-in issues, mention whether you use Apple, Google, or email login
- For crashes, describe what you were doing when the app closed
Delete my account
Email [email protected]from the address linked to your account with subject “Delete Account”. We confirm deletion within 30 days.
Restore purchases
Use “Restore Purchases” in the app settings, or contact Apple/Google support for billing issues.
Report a bug
Send steps to reproduce, screenshots if possible, and your app version.
